EXPO CHICAGO 2018: September 27 - 30
Opening the fall art season each September, EXPO CHICAGO hosts leading international art galleries presented alongside one of the highest quality platforms for global contemporary art and culture.
The Consulate General of France in Chicago, as well as the Cultural Services of the French Embassy is proud to collaborate with EXPO CHICAGO every year.
Five galleries from France will be exhibiting at EXPO CHICAGO from September 27 - 30:
As part of The Curatorial Exchange program, EXPO Chicago will feature two French curators:
Alice Motard, Chief Curator, CAPC Bordeaux
Julie Boukobza, Independent Curator, Director of 89plus Europe, Africa, and India
French writer and activist Peggy Pierrot will also be screening Va Toto by Pierre Creton, as part of her "Transatlantic melancholia" film curation practice for EXPO CHICAGO at the Hyde Park Art Center.
